Thank you for choosing the Ranch House to provide your in-house buffet or catered buffet. Our in-house banquet room can accommodate up to 75 guests and our Susquehanna Room can seat up to 38 quests. We offer off-site caterings for groups of any size.

Our professional, ServSafe certified staff will meet and exceed your expectations. Let your next event feature the best in quality food and friendly service that you have come to expect from your friends at the Ranch House Restaurant.

You can purchase our products to enjoy in one of our four dining rooms or for carry-out. You may call ahead to have your order ready when you arrive at (717) 834-4710. We do offer whole pies, cakes, and larger quantities of muffins and sticky buns to go.

Banquet and Catering details:

1.   When you book your event we reserve the room and staff in advance.  Please let us know any changes as early as possible.  Groups of less than twenty (20) people will be asked to order off the menu instead of banquet items.

2.   Prices are subject to a 6% sales tax and an 18% gratuity.

3.   Please call in attendance one week prior to the date of your event, indicating the number of children and adults separately. Children under the age of ten (10) will receive a discount on most items.

4.   We allow twenty four (24) hour prior to your event for any meal cancellations, any other no-shows after that will be charged full price. This allows us to cover our cost for food wasted and the time spent in preparation.

5.   If you choose to add an appetizer, we can help you estimate the amount you will need according to your number of guests and appetizer choices.

6.   All catered groups are served buffet style.  There is a fifty dollar ($50) set up fee that is waived for groups over 100 people.

7.   If you need plates, silverware, cups or white paper table liners, please let us know in advance. Cloth linens may be requested for an additional fee. We will need a two weeks’ notice to insure that they will be available in the color and size that you need.

8.  We like to visit any outside catering sites before your event to insure everything goes smoothly on your special day.
